Early Pregnancy Symptom

March 20th, 2006    Subscribe To Our Feed

Finding an early pregnancy symptom that will effectively tell you whether or not you are pregnant can sometimes be hard.

The reason for this is because from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy everyone one is different. Some women will keep having their menstruation cycle for a little while into their pregnancy and not even know they are pregnant!

Others however lose their menstruation cycle straight away or have spot bleeding when they know that they shouldn’t be.

You’ll notice in the previous post that we went into a little detail as to the things to watch out for in an early pregnancy symptom, but the thing to understand is, that everyone is different, and just because we list them here, doesn’t mean it’s a surefire way to tell whether or not you are pregnant… early symptom or not.

Early Sign Of Pregnancy

March 17th, 2006    Subscribe To Our Feed

You’ll notice in an earlier post that we went through some of the main signs of pregnancy.

In this post, we are going to go through the main signs that come up first. Out of all the pregnancy signs, the two signs that will show up the earliest are:

Difference/Delay in Menstruation – sometimes you can go through your first cycle after conceiving without noticing, and it will only be in the second cycle that it will show up. However, sometimes if it hits fast enough, you’ll end up noticing some sort of difference in that first cycle.

Implantation Bleeding (spotting) – keep an eye out for this early sign of pregnancy, it can be a good indicator that you are actually pregnant.

This will at least give you a good indication and give you something to keep your eyes open for early on in your pregnancy.

The best way, as always, is to get a proper test.

Teen Pregnancy

March 15th, 2006    Subscribe To Our Feed

If you’re going through pregnancy as a teen, then chances are you have a lot of growing up to do… quick.

Most teens these days really aren’t prepared for pregnancy, and seriously don’t know what they are getting themselves into before getting pregnancy (often it is an accident).

It isn’t like 100 or 200 years ago where a woman was raised to be pregnant by 16 and a traditional mother for the rest of her life. Now days the women of today are independent, they don’t need to rely on a man! Who needs men!

But, the reality is, is that if you are reading this post, you are likely already pregnant, so we’ll try to offer the best advice we possibly can.

First, if you can, team up with someone who already has a baby and is raising their own child, learn from them, what they do (provided they do it successfully).

Next, start reading, head on over to Amazon and get yourself some books on birthing, pregnancy, and raising your baby. Under no circumstances should you bring a child into this world when you aren’t ready for it, and don’t know how to raise it. Don’t be one of those teen mothers who are still self obsessed and don’t care whether their child crawls around on dirty floors.

You’ll find some great pregnancy resources on this site, we’ve gone through and reviewed some of the best pregnancy (which can be applied to teen pregnancy) programs that you can get online.

We wish you all the best.

Backaches
Darkening of Areolas

Do keep in mind though, please please please, don’t use this as a guideline for your pregnancy, you could have absolutely none of these symptoms, and still be pregnant! The only surefire way of finding out whether or not you are pregnant is to go and get yourself a proper test.

Pregnancy Symptom

March 13th, 2006    Subscribe To Our Feed

Pregnancy symptoms change from pregnancy to pregnancy and women to women, so going off a short list can be extremely misleading. We’ve tried to put together a comprehensive list of symptoms below that you can refer to.

These pregnancy symptoms aren’t in necessarily any specific order of importance, or time line or anything like that, they are just listed down and you may have one, or many of them… just keep in mind that the only surefire way to find out if you are pregnant is to go and get a test, so if you go through this list, and find that your body hasn’t reacted to anything, do yourself and your partner a favor, just bite the bullet and go get the test.

Food Cravings:

While you may not have a strong desire to eat fried ice cream, and boiled frogs legs many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.

Headaches:

Usually related to the escalated hormones that race through your body during the pregnancy.

Swollen/Tender Breasts:

A pregnancy symptom that can show up within 1-2 weeks after conceiving… just keep an eye on your breasts, they may change, become more tender etc.

Morning sickness:

We won’t expand on this one… it’s unpleasant enough.

Spotting/Cramping:

Unrelated spotting and cramping could be an early sign of pregnancy.

Darkening Areolas:

Essentially the skin around your Areolas may get a little darker.

Delay of Your Menstrual Cycle:

Delayed, missed, or any changes in the normal cycle of your menstrual cycle is usually a sign that you’ve fallen pregnant.

So there you have it, a basic checklist of pregnancy symptoms that you can run through if you are all worried that you might be pregnant.
